This no-cost rebate calculator has been updated by ERTC Guy specialists to help employers determine if they qualify for pandemic relief, and how much they can claim, using only 10 simple questions. The service can also help to maximize and claim small business rebates.

The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program is drawing to a close, with deadlines for final rebate applications fast approaching. However, this updated rebate check and application service from ERTC Guy can still help employers access their maximum allowable rebates before the filing deadline.
More information about ERTC deadlines, maximum allowable rebates, and the no-cost, no-obligation eligibility check can be found at https://ertcguy.com/employee-retention-tax-credit-eligibility/
To determine if a business qualifies using the new eligibility assessment, employers will be asked 10 simple questions requiring no proprietary business information. The answers to these questions will allow the ERTC Guy team to assess their eligibility for rebates for both 2020 and 2021, and to provide an estimated total amount that they may be able to claim.
This new assessment and rebate calculation service is open to any business with no cost or obligation, and each employer will also be given an opportunity to have their claims completed by the ERTC Guy application team. This “Done-For-You” claims service uses ERTC specialists to complete all the required paperwork and claim the maximum allowable rebate for each business.
Employers that have already enrolled in, or received payments from the Paycheck Protection Program may also qualify after changes to the eligibility requirements. With the latest guidelines, nearly any employer can qualify, as long as they had between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the recent pandemic.
With no upper limit on funding, the ERTC Guy application service has helped some employers claim more than $750,000. However, unlike other pandemic relief programs, these rebates are not a loan or deferral, never require repayment, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.
With the maximum allowable claims, employers may receive as much as $26,000 per employee, even if they operate a non-traditional business type, such as a startup, or a non-profit organization.
New businesses founded during the pandemic may qualify for up to $100,000 under a special set of guidelines, as a Recovery Startup Business. These businesses must have at least 2 employees who are not 50% owners, or family members, and gross receipts of less than $1 million to qualify.
