Due to changes in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, the service by LP Consulting also applies to business owners who have received a loan via the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The difference between the PPP loan and ERTC refund, however, is that the ERTC refund is not subject to any spending restrictions and does not have to be paid back.
